Three Nights In Cabo Offer
Terms And Conditions

1. The Three Nights in Cabo Promotion (the “Program”) and its benefits are offered to select prospective members (“Prospective Members”) at the sole discretion of Ultimate Escapes Holdings, LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, partners, and agents.

2. Ultimate Escapes Holdings, LLC (“Ultimate”) reserves the right to modify, change, limit, or cancel the Program or any of the Program’s rules, terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.

3. To qualify for the Program, Prospective Members must: own a vacation home or have rented a villa, house, or large resort accommodations for a minimum total of 14 nights during the previous year; must have traveled for vacation a minimum at least 14 nights during the previous year; must have traveled with a group of four or more persons within the previous year. Ultimate reserves the right to waive or modify these qualifications at any times in its sole discretion without notice.

4. Qualified Prospective Members who complete a membership application and undertake an internet Preview Tour conducted by an Ultimate associate shall be entitled to receive, subject to availability, a 3 night stay in one of Ultimate’s residences located in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico during the week of December 7, 2008 through December 14, 2008. Air fare or other travel and incidental expenses are not included.

5. This offer is strictly limited to the first 18 Prospective Members who qualify under the Program. This offer is not available to current Ultimate members, is not transferable and is void where prohibited by law.

6. By participating in the Program, members have consented to receive information from Ultimate related to their account, as well as printed or emailed marketing materials from Ultimate, its affiliates, and marketing partners.
