The Ultimate Vacation Challenge^SM Program
Terms And Conditions

1. The Ultimate Vacation Challenge Program (the “Program”) and its benefits are offered to select prospective members (“Prospective Members”) at the sole discretion of Ultimate Resort Holdings, LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, partners, and agents.

2. Ultimate Resort Holdings, LLC (“Ultimate”) reserves the right to modify, change, limit, or cancel the Program or any of the Program’s rules, terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.

3. To qualify for the Program, Prospective Members must: own a vacation home or have rented a villa, house, or large resort accommodations for a minimum total of 14 nights during the previous year; must have traveled for vacation a minimum of at least 14 nights during the previous year; must have traveled with a group of four or more persons within the previous year. Ultimate reserves the right to waive or modify these qualifications at any times in its sole discretion without notice.

4. Qualified Prospective Members who undertake an internet Preview Tour conducted by an Ultimate associate shall be entitled to receive 2 nights' use of a deluxe room in The Ultimate Collection^SM, featuring deluxe accommodations in more than 130 destinations. You need not become a member of Ultimate to receive these complimentary accommodations.

5. Members joining the club under the Program shall have the right to cancel their membership and receive a full refund by submitting a written request within seven (7) days of the completion of their first usage of included nights under their membership to:

6. By participating in the Program, members have consented to receive information from Ultimate related to their account, as well as printed or emailed marketing materials from Ultimate, its affiliates, and marketing partners.  Members shall have the opportunity to opt out of these mailings and emails.
