What features can I expect in an Ultimate Escapes^SM residence?
Each Ultimate Escapes^SM residence welcomes you with a host of wonderful club amenities. You’ll enjoy all the comforts of home, including fully equipped chef’s kitchens, king-size beds with luxury linens, wine cellars stocked with your favorite vintages, spa-inspired bathrooms, flat panel TVs, WiFi connectivity, video game entertainment centers and integrated audio and surround-sound stereo. Depending on their location, many homes also feature swimming pools, hot tubs, and fireplaces.

What is the difference between Ultimate Escapes^SM Elite Club, Signature Club, and Premiere Club?
All three clubs provide members with spectacular residences in the world’s most desirable locations along with the dedicated service of our Escape Planners and Local Hosts. Most membership tiers also include extended family privileges. The key distinction is in the real estate value of each club’s homes. Ultimate Escapes^SM Premiere Club residences have an average value of $1 million, Ultimate Escapes^SM Signature Club residences have an average value of $2 million, and Ultimate Escapes^SM Elite Club residences have an average value of $3 million. This difference may be reflected in the home’s size, finishes and amenities, as well as in its proximity to the destination’s most desirable attractions, such as the beach, golf course or ski slopes. Members of Ultimate Escapes^SM always have the option to upgrade if they determine it better fits their lifestyle and needs.

What services are included in an Ultimate Escapes^SM membership?
You can count on a full array of services as an Ultimate Escapes^SM member. In addition to cleaning and preparing your vacation residence prior to your arrival, we are delighted to assist you with travel arrangements and airport transfers. Making reservations for different activities like golf, tennis, boating, dining, attractions and local events, stocking the kitchen with your requested groceries and providing regular maid service are just a few of the perks of Ultimate Escapes^SM Membership. We can also arrange the in-residence services of a butler, nanny or private chef as needed. Any special requests that you may have can be accommodated. In short, everything is possible so you can experience the vacation of a lifetime, every time.™

Will I have access to resort-style amenities?
Absolutely! Our Escape Planner team and onsite Local Hosts offer a level of personalized attention that elevates each holiday to the sublime. We provide access to exclusive beach and swim clubs, golf courses, health clubs, spas and private country clubs. Many of our residences are also located within some of the world’s finest resorts.

Who can use my Ultimate Escapes^SM Membership?
The Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Family Memberships provide access for the primary member, spouse and any of the member’s unaccompanied family members (adults over age 21). The Corporate Plan allows flexible access for authorized guests of a Corporate Member and is a great incentive for top company performers, executives, managers, key employees and customers.

How does the service experience with Ultimate Escapes^SM compare to that of a luxury hotel or resort?
There really is no comparison. At a hotel or resort, you compete with other guests for the attention of the staff. Ultimate Escapes^SM members enjoy the undivided attention of a local host, all of the space, comfort and freedom of a private home, as well as access to many of the world’s finest resorts - giving you the best of both worlds.

What is the average size of the residences and where are they located?
Ultimate Escapes^SM categorizes its residences into four lifestyles: Beaches and shores, Mountain and Trails, Golf and Leisure, and Metropolitan based on the location of the residences. In the Elite Club the average home is about 4000 square feet and is typically large enough for big families or gatherings. The Signature Club homes are about 3000 square feet, and the Premiere Club homes average approximately 2000 square feet. Beach and Shores, Mountains and Trails, and Golf and Leisure residences are usually larger and have 3 or more bedrooms. Metropolitan destinations are a little smaller, but situated in prime locations in each city. They have one to two bedrooms and most are equipped with full kitchens and living areas.

How do Ultimate Escapes^SM reservations work?
Ultimate Escapes^SM designed a proprietary reservation network to serve both the advanced vacation planner and the last-minute traveler. There are three types of reservations: Advanced, Holiday, and Space Available Reservations. The Club manages its portfolio of residences to provide excellent availability for all types of reservations. All Members may make one to four Advanced Reservations per year and one to two Holiday Reservations per year depending on their membership level. An Advance Reservation is described as a reservation booked outside of your allotted space available window and can be booked as far as two years in advance. Space Available Reservations may be made inside 90 to 180 days depending on your membership level. Most destinations can be booked up to two years in advance.

How does the Ultimate Escapes^SM reciprocity model work?
Reciprocity between Premiere Club , Signature Club , and Elite Club exist to enrich all of the Ultimate Escapes^SM offerings. Each club affords their affiliate club’s members an opportunity to utilize the homes and residences of the other clubs to experience the full range of Ultimate Escapes^SM Club membership. For those with larger families, your reciprocal access may be used to accommodate a spectacular family reunion. Please contact your Membership Director for more information and to see how you can reserve your spot in another club level.
