Terms And Conditions

  1. The Free Airfare For a Year Offer (the “Program”) and its benefits are offered to qualified members (“Members”) at the sole discretion of Ultimate Escapes Holdings, LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, partners, and agents.

  2. Ultimate Escapes Holdings, LLC (“Ultimate”) reserves the right to modify, change, limit, or cancel the Program or any of the Program’s rules, terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.

  3. To qualify for the Program, Members must pay all membership fees, annual dues, and other amounts due to Ultimate.

  4. The following rules apply to claims for reimbursement under the Program: All airfare for which reimbursement is sought must be prepaid in full; members may make claims for reimbursement for themselves (includes primary member and those the primary member has listed under the membership plan) and for anyone who accompanies the member on the same flight. Ultimate reserves the right to deny non-conforming claims at any times in its sole discretion.

  5. All airfare for which reimbursement is sought must occur prior to April 30, 2011.

  6. All claims for reimbursement must be presented by July 31, 2011 to Ultimate Escapes Accounts Receivable Dept., c/o Airfare Refund, 10380 NW Ambassador Dr., Kansas City, MO 64153. All receipts must state the Ultimate Escapes primary member’s name, address and phone as well as the same information for any guests that the airfare offer was used for. Reimbursement checks will be sent to the primary member listed on each membership account.

  7. By responding to the Program, participants have consented to receive printed or emailed marketing materials from Ultimate, its affiliates, and marketing partners. Members shall have the opportunity to opt out of these.

  8. Member may choose to use the $25,000 as a membership discount in lieu of the free airfare offer. Discount must be decided at the time of membership purchase. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash.

    9. Offer Expires December 31, 2009.
